Deakin & Francis was recently honoured to help support The Rifles “Care for Casualties” appeal at The Rifles Day during Chepstow races, by donating pairs of handmade cufflinks.
The Rifles “Care for Casualties” Appeal aims to help severely wounded soldiers from The Rifles regiment, their families and the families of fallen riflemen to rebuild their lives. The Rifles are the largest infantry regiment in the British Army and currently have two battalions deployed in Afghanistan and two on standby. The work that the “Care for Causalities” appeal carries out is invaluable in supporting the soldiers and their families, who risk their lives to serve their country.
The race day was a huge success in raising money and awareness for the “Care for Casualties” Appeal and Deakin & Francis hopes to continue its support for the charity in the future.
